Hi all!
I have discovered through my mom the most amazing excercise program called curves.
It's really cool, you can lose weight and lose all the fat.
There's lots of arm and leg excercises, and there are also sstretches.
Have any of yawl heard of curves, and what do you guys think of it if you've heard of it?
Plus it's worledwide! it's so cool!

hey there!
We have curves where I live to! My friend goes there, and she really liked it. I would join, but I don't have the money right now. What I think I would like is that it's only 30 mins per day which is cool! I think curves is beciming really popular these days.

I like 24-hour fitness better. The only real difference ist hat Curves, is just female and personally I've found 24/hour to have better trainers and equipment. <smile>

Yep, I agree; I go to an all-female gym as well. Guys at the gym are just annoying. I'm usre they have all kinds of stories about what goes on at all-women's gyms :-). Mine isn't structured around Curves' idea of peer support, though. I'm a loner when it comes to exercise, I just want to get in there, do my thing, and go home, so a regular gym is better suited to my needs. But I hear really good things about Curves.
